At The Saffron Basket, we take great pride in delivering premium quality Afghan dry fruits, saffron, and nuts. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you fresh, intact, and as expected. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

💸 Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
📦 Returns Not Accepted If:
- The product is opened or tampered with.
- The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- The issue is due to minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. In eligible cases, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
